Troubleshooting

Quick checks

  1. Update ShareTime to the latest available version and restart the app.
  2. Confirm your iPhone has an active internet connection.
  3. Check that both partners are signed in and still paired.
  4. Check that notifications, calendar access, and alarms are allowed in your phone settings.
  5. For missing shared items, give the app a moment to update, then reopen it.

Please do not send your password, authentication codes, private payment details, or full screenshots that reveal information you do not want support to review.

Subscriptions and account requests

ShareTime subscriptions and purchases are handled by Apple. You can manage or cancel subscriptions in your Apple ID subscription settings. Refund requests are also handled by Apple.
