Quick checks
Before you write in
- Update Sproutbit to the latest available version and reopen the app.
- Confirm your iPhone has an active internet connection if the issue involves sign-in, backup, or purchases.
- Check iPhone Settings for camera, photo library, notification, and location-related permissions.
- For account issues, confirm your email address is spelled correctly and check your email confirmation link.
- For missing purchases, use Restore Purchases in the Account tab and include the product name if you email support.
Do not email passwords, authentication codes, full payment card details, or private information that is not needed to troubleshoot the issue.
Account and privacy
Data requests and account deletion
You can export garden data, delete local garden data, and delete your signed-in Sproutbit account from the Account tab. If you need help, email us from the address connected to your Sproutbit account and include "Sproutbit Privacy Request" in the subject.
Purchases
Billing and Sprout Coins
Sproutbit purchases are processed by Apple through the App Store. For App Store billing, subscription, or refund requests, use Apple's purchase support. For purchase delivery issues inside Sproutbit, email us with the product name and the approximate purchase time.
Care safety
When Sproutbit support is not enough
Sproutbit can help explain app guidance, but it cannot provide emergency, medical, toxicology, pesticide, fertilizer, food safety, or professional horticultural advice. If there is a possible poisoning, injury, allergic reaction, or urgent safety issue, contact local emergency services, poison control, or a qualified professional immediately.
